As a result a two-phase

Strategic Alignment process was developed and implemented with the Team.

♦ Worked with the Director of Learning and Organizational Development at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare to custom design and implement a process that provided the appropriate environment to effectively understand and address topics and issues that were critical to improving the operational effectiveness and role clarification of the GlaxoSmithKline Wal-Mart Sales Team.

♦ Currently, we are working with the Production Manager of Transitions Optical to design, develop and implement a Strategic Alignment process. The intent is to improve the operational effectiveness of the production team by providing an opportunity for the group as a whole to analyze its job function, performance, strengths, and weaknesses.
