Bio: Keith Hall

Keith Hall has over 25 years experience in Sales, Sales Management and Training and Development for both major International Pharmaceutical companies and US. Keith specializes in the customizing workshops that enable individuals to grow and develop their skill sets to become effective leaders. The programs that Keith designs, develops and facilitates provide individuals with the competitive edge necessary to compete in today’s challenging working environment.

Keith has held the position of Vice President and National Sales Manager for Auxilium Pharmaceuticals located in Philadelphia, PA. There Keith designed and created the sales organization for the launch of their first product, Testim®, to compete in the male hormone replacement market.

Prior to this, Keith was the Director of Medical Sales Training and Development for GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare. Keith was responsible for building a Sales Training Department for GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare as well as developing, designing, and facilitating continuous development programs for staff, line supervisors and upper level management.
